I think the first time I saw this picture was with Terri, 2 years ago - at her brother's house. He bought it from IKEA because he was decorating his house (funny how that works). It's quite an amazing photo...the awesome power of the ocean and how little little and tiny we are. But then our conversation continued....we discussed whether the guy in the picture made it. I mean seriously...there's no way you can stand there, door open and not be hit by those waves. But who would be sick enough to produce a poster where the person didn't make it?
