Chris Nelson. Well, randomly the Haitian government decided to make 1 other change...that would be that Parents can have up to two biological children. Um... so they are no longer disqualified from adopting Chris. I don't know, but that doesn't seem like a coincidence. So yeah. Things are now with the Haitian and as far as we know, there is no reason that their government would turn down the application. Very exciting.
